Where are your saunas made?

All our pieces are bespoke design pieces, crafted, and finished in our factory network. Finland, Switzerland, United Kingdom, China and the United States. 

Do you have a showroom? 

No, we are an E-Tailer specialising in high end and premium saunas. Every order is manufactured directly for each customer. Items come certified with a quality control guarantee worldwide.

How do I start an order?

Simple add an item to cart and proceed to check out. Or send us any custom specifications and a link to the item you would like to purchase and our team will be in touch to assist your requirements

What materials do you use?

Wit’s an exclusive network we use red cedar, hemlock and other naturally and ethically sourced materials for all our saunas.

How is pricing determined for custom specifications?

Pricing is based on several factors, including the complexity of the design, the materials selected, the quality of materials used, and the skill involved. 

How long does it take to manufacture and deliver?

We state a lead time of 7-15 days with a 14 day returns policy. Our pieces are crafted for every customer.

Do you Saunas come with warranty?

Our factory network are committed to addressing issues promptly. We cover a warranty period of 1-3 years stated specifically for each of our products, please see our product specification sections. 

How will my order be delivered?

Shipped with tracking 7-15 days.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping worldwide. All fees, costs and duties are included in the price while still promoting value and quality control. 

• Delivery time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-15 days lead time for natural diamond pieces as every natural diamond piece is hand crafted for each customer delivered directly to your door. 

Refund Policy

Strict 14-Day Return Policy 

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns only accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

Returns and Exchanges

• Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

• Refunds are not offered as part of our standard policy. However, if a refund is approved for a return or canceled order, a minimum 20% deduction will be applied to cover all unavoidable order preparation, handling, and processing fees.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other related international shipping costs are not refundable.

• For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs are not refundable.

• Store credit or exchanges apply solely to the item’s original value.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-designed pieces, special orders, engraved jewelry, and items altered upon request (such as resized rings or grills) are final sale.

• Limited release collections are also not eligible for return or exchange unless approved by our team.

Initiating a Return

• To initiate a return, email inco@supasauna.com with your order information, request and reason for return. If you have already contacted our team and your refund was approved, please securely package your item for return and await instructions from our sales team.

Returns Sups sauna

• Buyer responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.

• For shoppers local to our warehouses or showrooms, we welcome in-store visits for your returns/exchanges. You will need to email us to find out the exact location of where your piece was manufactured.
